Job title: Sales Associate - Scalpers Valencia
About the Role Represent the values and image of Scalpers, creating an exceptional customer experience in our Valencia store. You will support the store's objectives, maintain order, and handle product replenishment, ensuring a positive shopping experience. The position is a fixed-discontinuous contract with weekend coverage, running from 15 de junio to 17 de enero de 2027.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image while delivering a compelling customer experience and helping meet store targets and KPIs.
- Attract and fidelize customers with product knowledge and attention to detail to drive sales.
- Perform store operations: RFID-based inventory, receiving notes, replenishment, and maintaining store organization.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and keep the environment orderly and presentable.
- Work collaboratively in a positive, proactive, flexible team.
What We're Looking For
- Fashion-oriented with an eye on current trends.
- Customer-focused with ability to listen to clients and deliver quality service.
- Knowledge of product and ability to explain features; detail-oriented to achieve sales and KPIs.
- Experience with store operations and inventory tasks (RFID), receiving notes, and replenishment.
