About the Role Join TOUS in our store located at C.C. Calle Alemania, Ávila. This permanent contract role (Contrato Indefinido) involves an 8-hour weekly schedule with Friday afternoon shifts 17:30-20:30 and Saturday shifts 12:00-14:00 and 18:30-20:30. You will asesorar customers, create unique looks with exclusive products, and be part of the special moments of our clients. What You'll Do
- Provide personalized styling and advice to customers using exclusive TOUS products.
- Create looks tailored to each client and enhance their shopping experience.
- Share product knowledge, support at the floor, and contribute to customer experience and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team with energy and positive attitude to ensure customers leave with a smile.
- Engage with TOUS Connect intranet and Yammer to stay informed and share experiences. What We're Looking For
- Passion for product and fashion; if styling energizes you, you're in.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with customers.
- Ability to learn about the product; we will train you even if you have no prior sales experience.
- Language skills to help serve international customers.
- Positive attitude and authenticity; be yourself. Nice to Have
- Experience as a salesperson is ideal, but not required; we will train you.
