About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a passionate Sales Associate for our Leesburg Premium Outlets location. In this part-time role, you will help deliver an elevated customer experience, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment with opportunities for growth. What You'll Do
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
- Perform operational tasks with excellence
- Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
- Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
- Brainstorm with management to create innovative ways in order to maximize personal sales results
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship is not available
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule with weekends, holidays, and high traffic days; includes the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
- Physical requirements: ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds, reach overhead/bend/kneel/stoop, handle merchandise and operate POS, and work in a busy environment with product needs and customer interactions. Nice to Have
