About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Milano Flagship Store. As a Jet Set Ambassador, you will deliver an elevated customer experience, uphold brand standards, and support the store team in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues across the store
- Take accountability for personal evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador
- Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with the Jet Set policy
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards and selling/service
- Practice and model company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication through clienteling apps and tools; proactively manage client database to increase sales
- Maintain floor presence and lead by example
- Build and maintain strong communication with management to drive store performance

- Fluent English preferable with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 26,000.00 - 35,000.00 EUR per year
