About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our Pacific Fair store. You will provide advice and insight into The North Face products to meet customers' needs, helping them choose gear for their next adventure. We focus on understanding and empathising with our loyal customers to guide them in selecting the best tools for the trade. What You'll Do
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations across The North Face range to meet customer needs.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements, offer personalised solutions, and close sales.
- Maintain appealing store presentation and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and stay current on product features, materials, usage, and care for various outdoor activities.
- Represent the brand at a brand-new Pacific Fair store and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. What We're Looking For
- Sporting enthusiast with a passion for people engagement.
- Regular participation in hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping and travel; well-travelled is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly, inclusive team.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. Nice to Have
