About the Role The Sales Associate will contribute to achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships by delivering the highest level of customer service and adhering to company policies. This role operates in a creative, fast-paced luxury retail setting and requires a strong interest in fashion and trends. What You'll Do
- Meet sales goals and maximize performance by utilizing elevated levels of service and in-depth product knowledge.
- After closing a sale, manage all details including shipping, alterations (if applicable), and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction; comply with all sales policies.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele, and resolve client problems quickly and effectively.
- Keep the selling floor neat, organized, and stocked; assist with inventory, stock/shipping/receiving protocols and related paperwork; participate in inventories; comply with Point-of-Sale policies; execute register functions accurately; adhere to work schedule and attendance; participate in training as directed. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years retail experience.
- Passion for fashion and ability to stay current with fashion trends.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to resolve issues quickly.
