About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Associate for a Branson, MO store to help achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service while complying with company policies. What You'll Do
- Meet sales goals and utilize elevated levels of service to maximize performance and drive sales.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and coordinate post-sale details (shipping, alterations where applicable, and special requests) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures and stay informed on fashion industry trends.
- Provide the highest level of customer service; build and maintain repeat clientele using the client book; resolve client problems quickly and effectively.
- Keep the selling floor neat, organized, and stocked; assist with inventory, stockroom and shipping/receiving paperwork; participate in inventories; follow POS policies and properly execute register functions; adhere to work schedule.
- Participate in all relevant training and development programs as directed by store management.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience. What We're Looking For
