About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our Piaseczno store. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering the highest level of customer service and upholding company policies. What You'll Do
- Drive sales to meet or exceed goals by applying product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service.
- After a sale, coordinate shipping, alterations (if applicable), and special requests to ensure satisfaction; build lasting client relationships and maintain a client book.
- Maintain an organized selling floor and stock levels; assist with stock, shipping/receiving, inventories, and related paperwork; ensure POS accuracy and adhere to schedule and training.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge; participate in inventories and related procedures; contribute to a high-standard store environment. What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail and luxury markets.
- Ability to work as part of a team and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
- Comfort with handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: 60,000 PLN - 95,000 PLN per year.
