About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Associate (Ambassador) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will represent the brand’s values with professionalism and integrity, creating inclusive and welcoming experiences for all customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain floor and stock presence.
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: 22,000.00 - 32,500.00 EUR annually
