About the Role The Sales Associate role at Michael Kors is a customer-facing position focused on delivering an elevated shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and supporting store goals in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a fun, inspiring store setting with opportunities for development and growth. What You'll Do

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
• Perform operational tasks with excellence
• Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
• Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
• Brainstorm with management to create innovative ways in order to maximize personal sales results
• Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc. Nice to Have
• A self-starter with the ability to drive results
• Energetic and motivated with the ability to engage; a true brand ambassador
• Customer service obsessed; ability to sell with a passion for styling and love for fashion
