About the Role L.L.Bean Guide at our brand-new Flagship store will be the heartbeat of the brand, delivering world-class service and representing the L.L.Bean ethos. You'll work across multiple areas, adapt to daily needs, showcase product knowledge, and help create an unforgettable customer experience from Day One.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal and genuine customer service on the sales floor, on the POS, and across omni-channel channels.
• Assist multiple customers, maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and participate in store operations.
• Support Front of House and Back of House roles, including replenishment, merchandising, and basic tasks.
• Engage customers with information about programs like Outdoor Discovery Program and the L.L.Bean Mastercard.
• Participate in events and personalized services (monogramming, alterations, engraving, embossing, light repairs).
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to daily needs including weekends and holidays.

Nice to Have

• Experience with personalized services (monogramming, engraving, alterations, embossing, light repairs).
• Interest in outdoor activities and knowledge of L.L.Bean programs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay starting at $16.10/hour; overnight rate $20.00/hour; premium pay $1.00/hour for shifts 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
• Flexible schedules (minimum 3 days/week) including Saturdays or Sundays; grand opening through September.
