Sales Associate - Lacoste (Macy's Shop)

About the Role Based in a Macy's shop, the Sales Associate delivers an exceptional Lacoste brand experience in-store. You will be the face of the brand, engaging customers, guiding product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while representing Lacoste within the Macy's environment. What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance. What We're Looking For
