Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and helping to drive sales through strong product knowledge and friendly service. You will work as part of a team to maintain an organized, inviting store environment and to promote Lacoste’s values of inclusion and equal opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting products
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy; display products attractively
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Stay informed about new products and promotions and communicate this information effectively to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver high-quality customer service
• Seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance
