About the Role This role is based out of a Macy’s shop, delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers while representing Lacoste within the Macy’s environment. What You'll Do
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist in selecting products.
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy, and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance. What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse customers in a Macy’s shop environment and build positive relationships.
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach; passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a retail setting; open to ongoing training and development opportunities within the Macy’s shop.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
