About the Role Based out of a Macy’s shop, you’ll provide an exceptional in-store experience for Lacoste customers while representing the brand within a Macy’s environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy interacting with people, and keen to develop sales and customer service skills.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist in selecting products.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and engaging service.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy; ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold high standards of service.
- Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
