About the Role As a Sales Associate for Rack Room Shoes in Mebane, NC, you will help provide an excellent shopping experience by delivering friendly service, processing transactions, and contributing to store presentation and sales goals. What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in selecting merchandise
- Manage transactions and cash with accuracy using the POS system
- Promote the Rack Room Shoes rewards program and other business initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and fitting skills
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, merchandised, and the store is clean and organized
- Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and placing merchandise on the sales floor
- Follow loss prevention practices and store policies during all cashier activities
