About the Role A Sales Associate at Lands' End is part of a team that delivers exceptional service and drives profitable sales by providing product expertise and advanced selling skills, while helping maintain store and visual brand standards. What You'll Do

• Drive sales through consultative selling to identify customer needs; propose outfitting options and related items to generate multiple unit sales; provide fitting room assistance; participate in customer outreach activities.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service by greeting customers, adjusting attention based on store traffic, and offering solutions aligned with customer interests and needs.
• Process transactions efficiently using the POS and online system (sales, returns, exchanges) per approved procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Lands’ End products, services, and current fashion trends to enhance service and sales.
• Perform markdowns and other promotional activities as needed; manage stock replenishment and uphold visual brand standards.
• Be available and flexible to work varied hours to support business needs. What We're Looking For
• Retail experience preferred; strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent selling skills; strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders; ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team; follow written and verbal instructions; meet deadlines; strong decision-making and strategic thinking; excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and receive feedback.
• Ability to adhere to Lands’ End Attendance program; able to work up to 40 hours (if full‑time) and be available for overtime during peak seasons; for part‑time, hours scheduled based on business needs; flexible and adaptable to change.
• Knowledge of Lands’ End merchandise strongly preferred.
• Physical requirements: ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Education & Experience: Previous retail experience strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Lands’ End merchandise is strongly preferred and familiarity with fashion trends; merchandising or visual setup experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
