About the Role As a Brooks Brothers Sales Associate, you will promote our culture, values and mission while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role emphasizes helping customers find personal style, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge to maximize sales and build brand loyalty.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat store.
- Complete assigned responsibilities such as floor sets, stocking, and ringing up customers.
- Demonstrate respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Engaging personality with a desire to provide great service.
- Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs, as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: USD 14.50/Hr - 20.00/Hr (hourly).
