- We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and online customers with product suggestions and orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- across all channels (store, phone, DM, WhatsApp)
- Process orders and follow up Censure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customers
- Support store displays, product arrangement and inventory checks
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- professionally.
Requirements
- SSCE or higher
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, presentable and professional
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace/WhatsApp Business/social media)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work from our Surulere, Logos store.
