About the Role Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Associate at the Edinburgh Premium Outlets in Indiana. This role supports sales generation, customer service, and store operations on the selling floor in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. What You'll Do
- Meet sales goals and maximize performance through elevated service and product knowledge.
- Process sales and coordinate post-sale details (shipping, alterations if applicable, and special requests) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all sales policies and procedures and stay informed on fashion trends.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, build repeat clientele, manage client book, and resolve problems quickly.
- Keep the selling floor neat and stocked; assist in inventory, shipping/receiving, POS procedures; participate in inventories; adhere to the work schedule; participate in training as directed by store management. What We're Looking For
