Job title: Sales Associate - ECI Castellana
About the Role Join Scalpers as a Sales Associate at our ECI Castellana store. You will represent the brand values, create a customer-centric shopping experience, and help meet store objectives while maintaining product organization and stock replenishment. This is a part-time, temporary role (16 hours/week) to cover a medical leave.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image in-store and deliver an engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, attracting and fidelizing customers, and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Perform store operations: receive shipments, process albaranes, inventory using RFID, and replenishment to keep shelves stocked.
- Maintain store visuals and cleanliness according to brand standards; work as part of a positive, proactive, and flexible team.
What We're Looking For
- Fashion-oriented with a passion for staying up-to-date with trends.
- Customer-focused, able to listen to clients and build relationships to drive sales.
- Attention to detail, product knowledge, and ability to meet sales KPIs.
- Experience with store operations (RFID inventory, deliveries/receiving, albaranes) and replenishment; team player.
