Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive product sales. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about engaging customers and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Assist customers with product information and guide them through the buying process
• Open and manage customer accounts in line with company procedures
• Actively promote and sell company products and services
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain an attractive store layout, ensuring cleanliness and proper product display
• Accurately handle cash, POS, and other sales transactions
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily transactions
• Support other store operations as required

Requirements

• Age: 30 years or below
• Educational Qualification:
• HND (Upper or Lower Credit) or
• BSc (Minimum of Second Class Lower)
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong passion for sales and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage
