Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience:
- Strive to provide exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and benchmarks to every client in Hermès
- Practice the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals
- Clientele with current and potential clients to establish and maintain client relationships
- Handle complex client experience concerns and issues, i.e. dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, after-sales according to the Store Notebook
