About the Role Temporary, part-time Sales Associate at Wayside Commons Retail Store in Burlington, MA. You'll be the heartbeat of our outdoor gear and apparel departments, delivering world-class service with a smile, engaging customers, and helping keep the store in tip-top shape while fostering teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Engage Customers: Approach and assist multiple customers with personal, genuine service.
- Drive Sales: Convert interactions into sales opportunities and build brand loyalty.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with and respect colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Advocate for Customers: Listen to understand needs and solve problems at first contact.
- Leverage Technology: Use POS, customer systems, and mobile devices to provide seamless omni-channel service.
- Promote Initiatives: Drive excitement around L.L.Bean programs like Outdoor Discovery School and Mastercard program.
- Maintain Standards: Keep store organized, uphold merchandising standards, support store operations.
- Collaborate: Work as part of a team to achieve results and adapt to changing business needs.
- Health and Safety: Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following safety policies and procedures.
