About the Role Burberry Retail Offline Outlet in Yeoju seeks to exceed individual and store sales targets by executing key growth strategies, leveraging franchise, operational efficiency, and cross-department development. You will own new customer development and maintain relationships with existing customers, while delivering the Burberry Experience in every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Embrace the Burberry Experience and follow training guidelines, reflect the Burberry luxury brand level and image, and uphold the Burberry Code of Conduct.
• Consistently achieve personal sales targets with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively cultivate customers and convert them into loyal clients; understand all Cultivate requirements; send emails to invite customers back to the store; use the latest Client Book to drive sales.
• Adhere to Visual Standards and Burberry guidelines; execute monthly floorsets; place products in their proper locations; keep price tags concealed inside garments; manage floor presence and merchandising from start to end of day.
• Keep fitting rooms clean; ensure products are restocked and properly merchandised; coordinate with back-of-house for stock and maintenance.
• Back of House Support: markdown processes, annual stock-taking and sales events; assist in delivering inventory to the store; organize warehouse.

What We're Looking For

• Proactive, positive attitude; ability to communicate clearly with all team members; responsible and adaptable with a results-oriented mindset.
• Interest in fashion and design; understanding of POS and store systems; minimum 1 year luxury or related industry experience; bilingual in Chinese or English preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or higher; fashion-related degree preferred; luxury sales or service experience preferred.
