About the Role This role focuses on exceeding personal and store sales targets and driving store-led growth by executing key strategies across franchise, operations efficiency and all department categories, while developing new clients and maintaining relationships and delivering the Burberry Experience at every interaction. What You'll Do
- Embrace Burberry Experience and follow the company's training guidelines, striving to reflect the Burberry luxury brand level and image.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide customer service.
- Actively cultivate customers and convert them into loyal clients; ensure all Cultivate requirements are met; send emails to invite store visits.
- Use the latest updated Client Book to drive sales.
- Visual Standards: comply with company policy and Burberry guidelines for visual techniques; understand monthly floorsets; place products in their proper places; restock sold items; keep price tags hidden inside clothing to avoid immediate visibility.
- Floor Presence & Maintenance: start the day ready to greet customers; end the day ensuring all products are stocked for the next day; stay actively engaged in-store; keep fitting rooms clean at all times.
- Back of The House Support: assist with markdown processes, annual stock counts, and sale events; deliver items as needed; keep Back of the House (warehouse) organized. What We're Looking For
- Proactive attitude and clear, efficient communication with all staff; positive and responsible demeanor.
- Results-oriented while flexible in adapting to change.
- Interest in fashion and design; understanding of POS and store systems.
- Minimum 1 year of luxury or related industry experience; Chinese and English language ability preferred.
- High school diploma or above (including junior college or university graduates). Nice to Have
- Fashion-related degree preferred.
- Luxury sales or service experience preferred.
