Sales Associate

About the Role This Sales Associate role at Burberry Cabazon is focused on delivering the Burberry Experience, meeting and exceeding individual and store sales goals, and developing new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients. What You'll Do

• Embrace the Burberry Experience and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect Burberry’s luxury brand standards and image.
• Consistently meet individual sales goals and demonstrate Burberry Behaviours.
• Provide excellent customer service, strong selling skills and motivation to succeed; build client loyalty and maintain an up-to-date client book.
• Follow Cultivate activities such as courtesy and relationship emails, inviting customers back to shop, reactivation, and capture compliance.
• Follow visual standards: maintain the selling floor, execute monthly floorsets, replenish merchandise, and ensure proper ticketing.
• Maintain floor presence: arrive ready for customers; stay active on the floor; replenish and tidy fitting rooms.
• Back of House: support markdowns and bi-annual inventory; assist in stock room organization; participate in pre-sale goals and store contests.
• Support teamwork and uphold Burberry Values in all interactions. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment; proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Excellent customer service with strong clienteling background and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
• Results-driven, flexible to change and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant interest in Fashion/Design. Nice to Have
• Interest in Fashion/Design and enthusiasm for Burberry brand. Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. This position may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs.
