Job title: Sales Associate
About the Role The Sales Associate contributes to the daily operations of a Discovery Shop resale store, driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager, supports volunteers, and works approximately 20–25 hours per week with weekend availability.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for daily store operations including cleaning, processing merchandise, setting up displays, restocking, assisting at the register, and maintaining organized sales floors and fitting rooms.
- In the absence of management, oversee store operations and serve as a role model for staff and volunteers.
- Process donations from donors: receive, unload, and issue receipts in accordance with procedures.
