About the Role Interstate All Battery is seeking a Sales Associate at the Red River location in Wichita, KS. The role is to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and install batteries for customers, including car, watch, and key fob batteries. The position supports a retail environment and emphasizes a welcoming, clean storefront and strong customer relationships. What You'll Do
- Provide fast, friendly service; greet customers with a smile and engage to determine needs.
- Learn and describe product features/benefits across the battery range; upsell related items.
- Install all types of batteries for customers (cars, watches, key fobs, etc.).
- Communicate store policies and promotions; stay informed about current deals.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting store environment and remain calm during busy periods. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
