Sales Assistant
TOUS is seeking a Sales Assistant for its Gandia store on a temporary contract. The role centers on advising and styling clients with exclusive products and being part of the special moments in clients' lives. The contract is 28 hours per week with afternoon shifts and potential expansion during campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers and create unique looks using exclusive products, contributing to memorable moments for clients.
- Drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience on afternoon shifts; 28 hours weekly with potential extension in campaigns.
- Represent the TOUS spirit: choose an outfit that represents you, showcase products, work with a friendly team, and support merchandising and KPI-related activities.
- Engage in training and development activities on product knowledge, visual merchandising, customer experience, KPIs, and more; participate in virtual coffee chats and use TOUS Connect and Yammer networks.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for product and fashion; enjoy styling and helping clients express themselves through their looks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers; language skills help reach international clients.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required; we will train you on product knowledge and selling techniques; attitude matters.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail sales (optional).
