About the Role Join Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A. as a Sales Assistant in Venezia, working part-time (30 hours) under a temporary contract. You will ensure an excellent customer experience, drive sales, manage client relationships, and handle after-sales support. You will also help organize the store, back office, and stock while maintaining the brand image of SWATCH and FLIK FLAK. What You'll Do
- Ensure excellent customer service and help fulfill customer wishes, contributing to the achievement of store goals.
- Manage relationships with customers and handle sales assistance and post-sales activities.
- Participate in store organization to keep the shop, back office, and stock in order.
- Guarantee correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images. What We're Looking For
- Experience in Retail (sales/returns/orders etc.).
- Commercial orientation and a dynamic, flexible attitude.
- Availability to work on rotating shifts.
- Strong relational skills and good communication abilities.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to different situations (e.g., handling objections and conflicts).
- Natural problem solver. Nice to Have
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
