About the Role Swatch Group Italia S.p.A. is recruiting new talents to join Corporate SWATCH stores in Modena as Sales Assistant (part-time 20 hours) under a temporary contract. You will ensure an excellent customer experience, focusing on caring for customers and fulfilling their wishes, contributing to business objectives while managing customer relationships and handling sales and after-sales support. You will also help organize the store, ensuring the shop, back office and stock are kept in order and that the brand images of SWATCH and FLIK FLAK are presented correctly. What You'll Do
- Provide an outstanding sales experience with attention to customer care and fulfilment of customer desires.
- Contribute to achieving company goals by managing client relationships and handling sales and post-sale support.
- Assist in store organization and ensure the shop, back office and stock are kept in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images. What We're Looking For
- Experience in Retail (sales/returns/orders, etc.)
- Commercial orientation
- Dynamic and flexible
- Available to work on rotating shifts
- Good relational skills and strong communication abilities
- Ability to identify interlocutors and tailor communication and interaction to different situations (e.g., handling objections and conflicts)
- Naturally a problem solver Nice to Have
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
