About the Role You will be part of the Premium Store in Oberhausen as a Sales Assistant (m/w/d) – Minijob, reporting to the Store Manager. You’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering great customer experiences and bringing the Dr. Martens brand to life in-store every Saturday. What You'll Do
- Provide active customer advice and sell Dr. Martens products
- Ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing
- Maintain store standards of order, cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with store team and management What We're Looking For

- Interest in fashion, footwear and lifestyle
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Team spirit and hands-on mentality
- Availability every Saturday for 6 hours
- First experience in retail is advantageous Nice to Have
