Join Marex Financial Products as a Sales Assistant on the fastest-growing structured products team. You will support day-to-day operational tasks on trades across asset classes like equities, cryptos, credit, commodities, funds, FX, and rates, focusing on post-trade operational efficiency. Trained by the team and collaborating with sales, trading, operations, marketing and business managers.
Support FP team with post-trade operations: trades booking, lifecycle management, invoicing, and related tasks. Master the trades booking process; ensure accuracy and consistency; manage team tools; propose improvements. Handle other trade support tasks, product life cycle management, activity monitoring. Thrive in fast-paced environment; adapt to evolving priorities. Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations; may perform other duties.
Studying at University for a Bachelor or Master’s in economics, finance, or accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter, result-driven. Ability to work proactively in team as well as individually. Good command of English and Mandarin. Good attention to detail.
