About the Role Scalpers is seeking a Sales Assistant for one of its Mallorca stores. The role is a 30-hour-per-week temporary substitution contract to cover a medical leave. You will represent the brand values and image, creating a customer experience and ensuring the store meets its objectives while keeping order and replenishing products. What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image to customers, delivering exceptional service and building loyalty.
- Create a memorable shopping experience and help achieve store goals and KPIs through product knowledge and proactive selling.
- Perform store operations: inventories (RFID system), receipt of goods, replenishment, and maintain store image following visual standards, as well as keeping the store tidy and organized.
- Work as part of a positive, enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible team. What We're Looking For
- Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends.
- Ability to attract and fidelize customers, paying attention to detail and possessing product knowledge to drive sales.
- Experience in store operations and a customer-centric approach, with ability to work toward KPIs and targets.
- Team player with a positive attitude, proactive mindset and flexibility.
- Familiarity with RFID inventory systems is a plus (not mandatory). Compensation & Benefits
