Job title: Sales Assistant - Gran Vía
About the Role Scalpers is seeking staff for our Gran Vía store to represent the brand values and create an engaging shopping experience for customers. Your main objective will be to embody the brand image, support store goals, and maintain order and product replenishment.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand and its image, creating memorable customer experiences and contributing to store objectives.
- Maintain store appearance and follow visual merchandising standards; perform stock replenishment and organize product presentation.
- Carry out store operations and administrative tasks: inventory control, receiving deliveries, and processing invoices.
- Work as part of a team to keep a positive, enthusiastic, proactive and flexible work environment.
- Attract and fidelize customers by staying up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
