About this role
A 30-hour Sales Assistant position at Lacoste for ECI Jerez in Cadiz, Spain, with an interim contract and immediate incorporation. Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide exceptional, personalized service aligned with Lacoste values.
- Build customer loyalty and inspire repeat visits through our exclusive product range.
- Replenish, manage, and track in-store stock and product availability.
- Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to ensure the space and products are presented attractively and optimally for customers.
- Follow Lacoste selling steps and conduct the selling ceremony.
- Monitor and achieve store KPIs and objectives, reporting to and supporting your manager.
Requirements
- A fashion-oriented manager or leader with sales knowledge and a strong commercial sense who celebrates team achievements.
- Organized, fair, and dynamic with a desire to face new challenges and exemplary conduct.
- Committed to continuous improvement, adaptable to change, and strong in communication.
