Job title: Sales Assistant
About the Role Sales Assistant in Eindhoven, part-time 13 hours per week, representing the globally recognisable Dr. Martens brand. You will help create a best-in-class customer experience and bring the brand values Be Yourself, Act Courageously, and Show You Care to life in-store.
What You'll Do
- Use your passion for Dr. Martens to sell products and help hit store targets.
- Showcase your unique personality to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Handle till transactions and follow operating procedures.
- Follow store procedures for delivery, stock takes, replenishment, etc.
- Follow health & safety procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and tidy environment.
- Act with empathy, stay team-focused and support the store management team when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail within a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand is a bonus.
- Enthusiasm for Dr. Martens and confidence to share it with customers.
- Understanding of customer service and ability to build rapport.
- Professional, but authentic and fearless.
- Flexibility in availability; shifts may vary week to week.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail within a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand would be a bonus.
