About the Role Scalpers is hiring for our Bilbao Artea store for an onsite role. This is a part-time position of 16 hours per week, with a temporary contract from July 20 to August 30. You will represent the brand values and image, creating a memorable customer experience while helping the store achieve its objectives, maintaining order and replenishment of products. Our mission is that people return to our stores and become more rebellious.

What You'll Do

• Represent the brand values and image, delivering an engaging customer experience.
• Help achieve the store's sales objectives and KPIs, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Perform store operations: inventory (RFID system), receiving goods, stock replenishment, and general store maintenance.
• Maintain the store image according to visual standards and ensure orderly presentation.
• Work as part of a positive, proactive, and flexible team, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

• A fashion-oriented person who keeps up with trends and has an eye for detail.
• Ability to attract and fidelize customers through product knowledge and attentive service, driving sales and KPIs.
• Experience with store operations and inventory management (RFID) and handling receipts.
• Team player with a positive, enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible attitude.
