About the Role The Corporate Planning Capabilities (CPC) organization is seeking an accomplished leader in Business Process and Planning Transformation to join our team. This role will drive the comprehensive redesign, from concept through implementation, of organizational business processes, systems, and strategies. You will serve as a subject matter expert across supply chain transformation, leading complex projects and ensuring program objectives and schedules are met.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end redesign of business processes, systems, and strategies within CPC.
- Manage complex supply chain transformation programs, ensuring objectives and schedules are met.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment to deliver sustainable solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on process optimization and transformation best practices.

- Proven track record as a leader in Business Process and Planning Transformation.
- Experience guiding large-scale redesign across processes, systems, and strategies.
- Subject matter expert in supply chain transformation.
- Strong program management, analytical, and communication skills.
