Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in the construction and real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s real estate properties and services.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Use social media, online platforms, referrals, and other channels to generate leads.
• Prepare and share property information, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Achieve set sales and marketing targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on leads, prospects, and conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Must be confident, presentable, proactive, and results-oriented.
