Location: Sabo, Yaba, Lagos Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Net Monthly Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive student enrollment, grow strategic partnerships, promote training programs, and expand the organization’s reach.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to drive enrollment and achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell tech training programs to individuals and institutions.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads.
- Build strong client relationships and drive referrals.
- Develop partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporations, and government agencies.
- Support and oversee online/offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and student preferences to identify opportunities.
- Represent the organization at events and deliver presentations to prospective partners.
- Track sales, partnerships, campaigns, and enrollment performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ sales experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or training.
- Proven experience in partnerships, marketing, and business development.
- Strong understanding of tech education and digital skills training.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Results-driven with good digital marketing awareness.
