About the Role Califa Sky Cleaning is seeking a mid-senior level, full-time Sales and Business Development professional to grow our client base in the events services space. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and referrals. What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events services sector
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and leveraging referrals
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to create compelling proposals and close deals
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast performance, and meet or exceed targets What We're Looking For
- Mid-Senior level experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in services or events-related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management is a plus Nice to Have
- Experience in events services or related industries
- Existing network of corporate clients or event organizers
