- Develop and grow new business opportunities and revenue within the chemical raw materials manufacturing space.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners in Des Moines, IA.
- Collaborate with Fenchem USA recruiters to align on opportunities and inquiries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Mid-Senior level experience in sales and business development.
- Relevant experience in chemical raw materials manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Des Moines, IA. Nice to Have
- Experience in chemical supply chain, manufacturing, or related markets. Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $38.00/hr - $43.00/hr, USD.
- Pay determined by skills and experience; actual pay may vary.
