Job title: Sales Analyst
About the Role
Cobranet Limited is seeking a Sales Analyst to supervise and boost the sales performance of Sales Persons/Connectivity Consultants and assist the Sales Manager in leading the team towards target achievement. The role also involves presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise sales of the team with reference to the sales acquisition process and tools, including PIF and reports.

Supervise and advise on solutions proposed to prospects following the Prospect Information Form (PIF).

Assist to lead, supervise, motivate, and closely monitor the team.

Prepare and execute sales plans to increase sales, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Report to the Sales Manager periodically on team activities and achievements.

Maintain required record-keeping and reporting of sales and service activities.

Demonstrate a customer-driven attitude through excellent knowledge of products, services, and rates, and represent the product and company professionally.

Liaise with customers, which may include actual selling, while maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s services and keeping abreast of competitors' activities.

Ensure all schemes and procedures launched by the company are implemented to the maximum with full compliance by team members.

Ensure team members operate at their optimal level in terms of sales, administrative responsibilities, processes, and professional appearance.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager/HOD.

Personal Responsibilities

Report directly to the Sales Manager.

Be responsible for operational tasks of the Sales Department.

Be punctual to the daily schedule and ensure the same of team members.

Be part of the team during weekends and public holidays when needed.

Attend to customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Complete assignments given by the Sales Manager/HOD.

Keep up to date with departmental and company notifications via email, notice boards, and other communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
