We are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team. The Sales Ambassador will be responsible for promoting the hotel’s rooms, facilities, services, packages, and events, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hotel rooms, facilities, packages, events, and other services to prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individuals, travel partners, event planners, and other potential customers.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries and follow up on leads and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and promotional activities when required.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the Front Office, Operations, Events, and other departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.

• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, tourism, or related service industries is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building ability.

• Target-driven, proactive, confident, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of the Lagos market and ability to develop business leads.

• Candidates should be presentable and able to represent the hotel professionally.
