We are currently looking for motivated, communicative and sales-oriented people to join our Sales teams.
Your responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers

Communicate with customers in English in a clear, confident and professional manner

Present products and services and identify sales opportunities
-
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions
-
Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities
-
Handle inbound calls generated from outbound campaigns
-
Maintain a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing or contact center

Fluent English, both spoken and written

Strong communication and interpersonal
skills

Confident and goal-oriented approach to

Familiarity with CRM systems
