Sales Agent

About the Role Sales Agent position in Honolulu, Hawaii with AAA. You will service members and customers by qualifying prospects, quoting memberships and personal lines insurance products, collecting premiums, binding coverage, and entering policy data. The role emphasizes service excellence, knowledge of policy provisions, and cross-selling opportunities to meet monthly goals. What You'll Do

• Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Collect premiums, bind coverage, enter policy data into insurance systems, and respond to underwriting inquiries.
• Develop a thorough working knowledge of all policy provisions, rating factors, rules, and insurance systems.
• Follow up with members and insureds and prospect for new business.
• Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.
• Multi-task and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Work occasional Saturdays. What We're Looking For
• High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Advanced communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Successful completion of a background, credit check and drug screen Nice to Have
