About the Role PQH Wireless, a premier Cricket Wireless dealer, is seeking outgoing and motivated Sales Advocates to join our team. In this role you will help customers select wireless devices, accessories, service plans and features while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Sell wireless phones, accessories, service plans and service features.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers, both in person and at the counter.
- Troubleshoot customer needs and recommend the best Cricket products and plans.
- Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
- Meet monthly sales quotas and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.
- Support the community and have fun while earning. What We're Looking For
- Proven retail sales or customer-service experience preferred; outgoing, energetic, motivated.
- Ability to meet monthly sales quotas and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot and recommend wireless products and plans.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred.
- Team player who thrives in a small team environment. Nice to Have
