Job title: Sales Advisor - TOUS (Santiago)
About the Role Join TOUS in our store at C.C. As Cancelas, Santiago. You'll help create unique looks with exclusive products, advise clients, and be part of their special moments. This is a temporary interinity contract with 36 hours per week, with schedule Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 or 16:00 to 22:00.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized styling and looks for each client using exclusive TOUS products.
- Advise customers and ensure a memorable shopping experience, aiming to meet sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team, maintain store standards, and participate in ongoing training and development.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for product and fashion; enjoy styling and helping clients express themselves through their looks.
- Good communication skills to connect with clients; ability to assist international customers (languages helpful).
- If you have sales experience it's ideal; if not, we will train you on the product and selling techniques to offer a unique shopping experience.
- Attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and bring positive energy to the team.
